About Us
We’ve spent our careers becoming fast experts, figuring it out, and getting it done
With a collective 15 years in tech and 20 years in government and politics - and a decade working hand-in-hand - Avra Siegel and Liza Heyman are chief problem-solvers. They have a wealth of knowledge about how the public and private sectors work, and how best to bridge the gap between the sector’s mutual (mis)understanding of one another.
Most recently, at Meta, they led a team that developed and ran campaigns on critical issues such as the opioid and fentanyl crisis, youth and well-being, and Augmented Reality (AR) / Virtual Reality (VR). Avra and Liza fostered strategic partnerships with leading nonprofits and influential industry stakeholders. At the White House, they led on policy issues such as women’s policy, affordable healthcare, and economic policy. Their work is informed by years of critical thinking at organizations such as The White House, presidential campaigns, Meta, Tesla, Care.com, and the Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation.
“We know what makes policy and thought leaders tick and how to achieve change – we’ve been in the trenches and we’ve done it all.”
Liza Heyman
From her deep experience in tech at Tesla and Meta to leading partnerships at the Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation and the White House, Liza Heyman has a proven track record of developing and executing impactful public affairs campaigns. She has worked closely with Presidents, CEOs and executives to launch signature initiatives on solar energy, gender equity, misinformation and affordable healthcare. From driving collaborations for Lean In and Option B with B2B and B2C companies, to protecting Meta against regulatory threats, she is a creative, big thinker who also understands how to execute.
Avra Siegel
Avra is a savvy, strategic leader with deep experience catalyzing change using an interdisciplinary approach. She is an expert at operating in high stakes environments – from the senior-most levels of the US government to highly scrutinized international tech companies. Most recently she created and led a team at Meta responsible for maximizing the company’s social and economic impact in the US and communicating Meta’s value to policymakers and the press. Avra possesses deep political experience from Presidential campaigns to six years in the Obama White House, first at National Economic Council and then as Deputy Director of the White House Council on Women and Girls.
